Terms of Business
These terms cover the use of this website and the general basis on which Wholesale Himalayan Shilajit supplies its products to business buyers. The specific terms for each order are set out in our written quote or pro forma invoice. Where those documents differ from this page, the order documents apply.
Business buyers only
We supply bulk, white label and private label shilajit to businesses such as brands, distributors, importers, retailers and contract manufacturers. We do not sell to consumers through this website.
Quotes and orders
- Information and price tiers on this website are a guide. A price becomes binding only when we confirm it in a written quote or pro forma invoice.
- Bulk shilajit starts at 1 kg. The first run of white label and private label products is agreed with each buyer.
- Lead times are estimates: about 12 days for in-stock material and usually 3 to 5 weeks for white and private label orders, plus transit. Weather can affect sun-drying times, and we will tell you promptly about any delay.
Payment
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, payment is 50% in advance, 25% before dispatch and 25% on receipt of the goods. Production starts once the advance payment is received.
Samples
Sample kits are paid for. The cost of a sample kit is credited against your first bulk order.
Quality and documents
Every batch is tested by a third-party laboratory, and the batch lab report (certificate of analysis) travels with your order together with the commercial invoice, packing list and certificate of origin. Please inspect goods on arrival and report any problem in writing as soon as possible, with photos and the batch number, so we can review it against our batch records.
Your responsibilities as a seller
Rules for food supplements and similar products differ by country and by sales channel. As the brand owner or importer, you are responsible for making sure your product, labelling, claims, registrations and import paperwork meet the requirements of the markets where you sell. We supply the batch documents described above to support this. Nothing on this website is medical advice, and we make no health claims for our products.
Private label confidentiality
We do not put our name on your product, cartons, inserts or shipping marks, and we do not disclose the names of our buyers.
