This policy explains what personal information Wholesale Himalayan Shilajit collects through this website, why we collect it and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
Who we are
Wholesale Himalayan Shilajit is a manufacturer and exporter of Himalayan shilajit, with its head office in Islamabad, Pakistan. For any privacy question, email wholesale@wholesalehimalayanshilajit.com.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we receive the details you enter: your name, company, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, destination country, target volume, the product you are interested in and your message. If you email us, call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive the details you choose to share in that conversation.
Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and send you a quote, samples information or lab reports you ask for.
- To prepare and carry out any order you place with us, including invoices, shipping and export documents.
- To keep a record of our business correspondence.
We use your details because you asked us to contact you, and because handling enquiries and orders is a legitimate part of running our business. We do not use them for anything unrelated.
What we do not do
- We do not sell, rent or trade your details.
- We do not add you to a mailing list or newsletter unless you ask us to.
- At the time of writing, this website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Logged-in site administrators receive WordPress cookies; ordinary visitors do not need any to use the site.
Where it is stored and who can see it
Enquiries are delivered to our business email inbox and a copy is stored in our website’s database, so that no enquiry is lost. Our website is hosted by Hostinger. If you contact us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp’s own privacy policy also applies to that conversation. Shipping and payment details are shared with couriers, freight forwarders and banks only when needed to fulfil an order.
We are based in Pakistan, and our service providers may process data in other countries. By contacting us from outside Pakistan, your details will be handled in Pakistan and by those providers, with the care described in this policy.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any business that follows, and order records for as long as tax, customs and accounting rules require. You can ask us to delete enquiry details at any time if no order is involved.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it or stop using it. Email wholesale@wholesalehimalayanshilajit.com and we will respond as quickly as we can. If you are in the EU or UK and are unhappy with how we handled your data, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding analytics, we will update this page first.
